In essence Pilates is for anyone who would like to increase their general sense of well being through increased body flexibility and greater strength.

Pilates targets the deep postural muscles for a greater girdle of strength through the core and  bringing the body into balance.

Victoria is an experienced teacher; working intensively with remedial clients to rehabilitate the body from injuries and post operative surgery.
