Within a couple of months these chronic pains had totally disappeared and so Victoria’s Pilates journey began. She fell totally in love with this discipline of exercise and movement which achieves the most incredible change in peoples bodies, in terms of increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, reduced aches and pains and of course greater muscle tone and definition.

”To neglect one’s body for any other advantage in life is the greatest of follies”

Victoria is an award winning massage therapist, and once specialised in treating chronic and acute muscular and joint problems.

Victoria’s in-depth knowledge of physiology set solid and unique foundations for her to become an exemplary Body Control Pilates Teacher.

Victoria welcomes clients of any age or fitness level with many clients being referred from their Osteopath, Chiropractic, Physiotherapist of GP.

Victoria throughly enjoyed her time working at Norwich City Football Club at their Football Aid charity events, providing pre and post football match massage as well as on site first aid.
